🧘‍♂️✨ Dive into the tranquility of Mudras Meditation Exploration for Seniors at Ted C Wills! Join us on May 6, 13, 20 – from 1:30 PM to 3 PM 🧘🏽‍♀️ Immerse yourself in ancient Eastern meditation techniques, including breathwork, mantra repetition, ☯ and focused imagery. Take a journey toward mindfulness and inner peace. 🌺🙏 Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing for easy, unrestricted movement. Closed toe shoes 👟 are preferred. Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle 🧴 and towel. 🧣

Registration is required and opens Monday, April 1 and closes Monday. May 13, 2024.
