Mudra Monday 🙏🧘‍♂️ Join the Senior Program staff at The Link to learn, explore and practice different mudras to enhance your well-being. 🙏 Closed toe shoes 👟👞 required. Suggested: water bottle,🥤 bring your own Yoga/exercise mat for doing stretching and mindfulness activities. Hand/Face towel 🧖‍♀️🧖🧖‍♂️
