Dive into a refreshing fitness experience with Senior Water Aerobics 🏊 at our Mosqueda Community Center Pool on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's beginning Monday, June 17, 2024 through Friday, September 27. This low-impact aquatic class is designed to enhance heart health, ❤️ cardiovascular strength, 💖 flexibility, 🙆🏻♂️ and muscle tone. 💪🏼 Feel the benefits of resistance in the water and aquatic fitness equipment. Come dressed to swim, 🩱 bring your hat, towel, 🧣 sunscreen, and water bottle for a rejuvenating workout and come ready to make a splash 💦 into fitness!
