IMPORTANT ACTIVITY NOTE: REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED! Space is limited ~ register early!
This FREE 🌿 Gardening Experience🌱 will give youth a hands-on opportunity to learn about different flowers as well as various types of produce🥕 and fruit seeds🍓. Participants will plant, nurture and grow flowers💐 and produce from seeds or seedlings. Youth participants 👩🏾🌾will actively manage the garden beds at the Mary Ella Brown Community Center proudly showing and sharing what they grow!🏞️
Closed toed shoes are required to participate (tennis shoes, running shoes, boots, etc.) Registration paperwork and Participant Waiver to be completed and collected prior to class start.
LOCATION: Mary Ella Brown Community Center 1350 E Annadale Ave Fresno CA 93706
AGE GROUP: Youth ages 9 - 14 years
REGISTRATION DATES: Registration opens Thursday, February 29, 2024 at 8:00 am and closes, Friday, March 29, 2024 at 5:00 pm. All participants must register prior to class start date. Waivers and Registration paperwork may be required to participate in the activity and will be collected on site.
