Discover the 'Matter of Balance' program designed for seniors 🧘🏻‍♀️ — a guided 4-week course focused on fall prevention. Learn various strategies and engage in light exercises to enhance your balance. 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️🚶 This evidence-based program is exclusively designed for seniors. Classes will take place every Monday and Thursday, beginning 🎃 October 3, 2024 to October 28, 2024 from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm at Ted C Wills in the Conference Room. Prioritize your well-being and join us for a safer, balanced future! 🌐👟

Registration opens Sunday, September 1, 2024 and closes Friday, September 20, 2024.

CLASS DATES: 🎃 October 3, 7, 10, 14, 17, 21 and 24, 2024. Participants must attend all 7 sessions to promote a good outcome. Light snack provided. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, 👟 allowing for freedom of movement 🏃‍♂️ and bring a water bottle. 🍾
